DePaul Real Estate Investment Group, Inc. was founded by Paul DeCrescentis in 2000. Paul and his associates have created a commercial real estate investment and mortgage company that caters to the client’s needs. The commercial real estate debt and equity markets are dynamic and DePaul Real Estate Investment Group provides the latest real-time information to its clients. DePaul has direct access to buyers, sellers, equity and debt sources. We give our clients an advantage through our in-depth market and economic information and a wealth of experience.
Process
When dealing with acquisitions and sales, DePaul has national contact with buyers and sellers of all types. We have direct access to institutional advisors, REITs, TIC syndicators, private investors and a network of brokers. Clients can feel confident that their property is receiving maximum exposure to qualified buyers locally and nationally. In addition, we have access to a broad selection of properties for sale to assist our clients with acquisitions.
DePaul is constantly pursuing the most competitive sources of money from banks, private lenders, life insurance companies, pension funds, credit companies, investment banks and conduit lenders. As the client’s advisor, we competitively shop all sources for the overall best structure. Our vast knowledge and experience help our clients understand every aspect of a transaction.
DePaul's President
As President of the company, Paul DeCrescentis brings a broad base of knowledge through his 24 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has completed nearly $2 billion in transactions. He has been on every side of the transaction: representing clients purchasing and selling commercial properties and procuring debt and equity funding. In addition, he has represented landlords and tenants in over 200 lease transactions. This depth and breadth of knowledge is an asset to all of DePaul Real Estate Investment Group’s clients.
